Android Setup

Where Does the Mrpunter Casino APK Come From?

Mrpunter keeps the Android route short and the permissions narrow, so nothing lingers after setup.

Which File Do I Tap?
Start on the phone, not a desktop, and pull the APK from Google Play or the casino site. Check that the file sits at 67 MB before you open it.
Allow This Source Once
Android will ask once for permission to install from this source. Allow that single switch, and leave every other app on the phone with its usual settings.
Before and After the Prompt
Tap install and keep the phone awake until the prompt clears. Version 4.8.2 lands on Android 8.0 or newer, so older handsets stop here.
Permission Cleanup
Switch the source permission back off once the icon appears. The app stays installed and runs as normal without that open door.

Why Won't Mrpunter Casino Install?

This block settles why the install failed and which single step clears it.

Is My Phone Too Old for This?
Android 8.0 and iOS 16 are the floors, so a phone below them shows the file as unsupported instead of opening it. Check the version under Settings, About Phone.
Compare your version with 8.0 or 16
Update the system, then retry
Get Back Into Your Account
A stale password or a mistyped email blocks the first sign-in, and the app shows the same error each time. Use the email address you registered as the identifier.
Request a reset link to your email
Sign in again with the new password
Turn On the One-Time Permission
Android stops an APK from outside Google Play until you allow that one source, and the file is refused before any prompt appears. Flip the toggle for the browser you downloaded with.
Open Install Unknown Apps in settings
Allow the browser, retry the file
How Much Room Does It Need?
The 67 MB file needs headroom plus room to unpack, so a nearly full phone cancels the install without naming storage. Look at free space before retrying.
Clear cached video and old installs
Keep a few hundred MB free
Setting Up Your iPhone

Where Do iPhone Users Get the Mrpunter Casino App?

This block settles which iPhone route fits your device and what happens at each prompt.

App Store or Safari Link
Open the App Store on the iPhone or iPad, or load the casino site in Safari. Confirm the listing runs version 4.8.2 and needs iOS 16 or later.
Let the Download Finish
Press get and let the 67 MB file finish over wi-fi. Skipping the update to iOS 16 blocks the install, so check the software version first.
One Account Only?
Sign in with your usual email address and password rather than opening a second profile. Duplicate accounts get closed, so stay on the one you already hold.
The Notification Question
Mrpunter asks about notifications straight after the first sign-in. Decline and gameplay continues untouched; accept and you get payout and bonus alerts.

Mrpunter Casino Keeps Its App Tidy

  • Open Google Play or the App Store, not the browser copy.
  • Tap Update and wait for 4.8.2 to finish downloading.
  • Launch it and sign in with the email already on file.
  • Press and hold the Mrpunter Casino icon on your home screen.
  • Choose Uninstall, or Remove App on an iPhone.
  • Close leftover browser tabs holding the web version.

Before You Install

Straight Answers, No Roundabout

Settles the doubts that stall most New Zealand players at the install screen, so nothing blocks you.

trustDo I have to pay before I can use the app?+
Pay nothing to install it: the Mrpunter Casino app costs no fee on either platform and no charge appears on your phone bill. Games and deposits are paid separately under the usual account rules. Downloading from the Google Play or App Store listing is free of charge.
trustCan I trust an APK file on my Android phone?+
Check the source first: the APK asks for Android 8.0 or higher and comes from Google Play, where version 4.8.2 sits at 67 MB. Running a scan before you tap the file adds a second layer. Keep the browser away from copycat pages.
trustCan I claim the welcome bonus if I only play in the app?+
Claim the offer through the app exactly as you would in a desktop browser, since one balance and one wallet cover every channel. Numbers stay the same wherever you sign in. Finishing the wagering inside the app counts the same as play on the site.
trustDo I need to check the casino licence before joining?+
Look for the Curaçao regulator before you deposit: Mrpunter Casino N.V. holds license OGL/2005/5656/625 from the Gaming Control Board Curaçao, company number 203126. Independence of the audits sits with QUINEL, GLI and eCOGRA. That paperwork backs every build you install.
trustHow much room will the app take up on my phone?+
Budget about 67 MB for the download, the same figure on Android 8.0+ and iOS 16+, and keep roughly double that free so the phone can unpack it. Version 4.8.2 finishes in a minute or two on a normal connection. Clear old photos if space is tight.
trustWhen I switch to the app, do I start a new account?+
Sign in with the same email address you registered, then use your existing password: nothing new is created when you move from browser to app. One account per player stays the rule, so duplicates get closed. Every payment method and limit carries across untouched.
